Pat Shortt and Mike Hanrahan’s popular TV series‘Songs of Ireland’, sees the pair take a musical road trip around the island of Ireland combining the richness of Irish music, culture and the camaraderie of shared stories. Now Pat and Mike have decided to take a live show throughout a limited number of venues in Ireland.

The show will feature the two musicians taking an eclectic musical tour through the nation’s most beloved songs, putting their own twist on each of these prolific songs which have survived through the decades.

In some of the most intimate and iconic venues in Ireland, this limited tour is guaranteed to be a night of good music, chat and laughter.

Discussing the series, Pat Shortt said: “Songs of Ireland is more than just about the melodies; it’s about the stories behind them, the places they originate from, and the people who keep them alive. Embarking on this series with my old friend Mike has been an incredible experience, and we’re excited to share our journey with audiences across the country.“
